1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using the services of IntegryPay S.A.S. ("IntegryPay"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Service description
IntegryPay provides infrastructure to process payments, subscriptions, and payouts through the authorized payment methods in each country where it operates, currently Colombia and the United States.
3. User obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the proper use of your access credentials, and compliance with the regulations applicable to your business in each jurisdiction.
4. Fees and billing
Applicable fees are agreed commercially before the service is activated and are detailed in the proposal sent by our sales team.
5. Limitation of liability
IntegryPay is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, except as required by applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify material changes through your registered contact channels.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the regulations applicable to operations carried out in the United States.
